Artyom and Natasha, hospital clowns, run a video blog about their volunteering. They worry about Varya, a girl who’s been in the hospital for a long time, because they can’t seem to help her. One day, Artyom learns that Varya’s mother has stopped visiting and realizes only she can make a difference.
