Franca is a country woman, hardened by time in solitude and by working the land. One day he receives an unexpected phone call from his daughter, who lives in a northern city hit hard by the Covid-19 epidemic. The latter is unable to manage little Agnese alone, Franca’s granddaughter whom the woman barely knows. The grandmother is thus forced to host the little girl.
